I buy my lobster at shop-rite and they will steam it for you (free)after you pick it out. Only 15 minutes. The next time I didnt have the time to wait. Big, big mistake!! I had the same experience as you. Same freezer boiling, messy counter etc. It was better having the store do it and it tasted the same, just a heck of a lot easier.
