Purple Tomatillo Salsa
You’ll need:
10-12 purple tomatillos
1 jalapeno
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
4-5 cloves garlic
1/2 chopped white or yellow onion
3 tablespoons cilantro
a squeeze of lime
