The Triple B (Berries, Banana, Beetroot powder) Smoothie Bowl

You can't go wrong with a berry banana smoothie. Beetroot powder is rich in antioxidants, calcium and other nutrients (so Google tells me). Greek yogurt, honey, flax and OJ round out the mix.

  • 1 cup mixes berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds


  1. Blend all ingredients. Pour into bowl. Garnish with berries, shredded coconut, flax seed and, if you're feeling insta-ready, melon-balled dragonfruit.
