I told my neighbor I would make BBQ chicken. And yup, there was potato salad and yup, it was the store-bought kind!!! So guess what I did a day after, I went to the store, bought some potato and made potato salad myself! I actually followed a recipe posted on foodnetwork, by Tyler Florence. It turned out pretty good, except I adjusted a few things and there to kick up the taste a little. I think I'll have one more grilling before the summer is over, then I'll definitely try out your recipe! Thanks for posting and for sharing!
